Main Research

博士生导师,浙江大学基础医学院副教授。长期关注脑衰老和神经退行性疾病机制及防治的研究。通过研究蛋白质、蛋白质机器的动态结构和动态相互作用,揭示NAMPT及相关药物延缓衰老、减轻神经退行性改变的作用;阐明了PINK1-pUb调控蛋白酶体降解蛋白质,在蛋白质稳态失衡中的作用,蛋白质稳态失衡对脑衰老及神经退行性疾病的影响。研究获得多项国家自然科学基金、科技部蛋白质重大项目的资助,研究成果在Aging Cell(2023)、Molecular Neurobiology(2022)、JCBFM(2021,2010)、JMB(2020)、Cell Discovery (2019)、J of Neurochemistry(2019)、PNAS(2017)、Cell(2004)等发表。

Prof. Huali Wang(王华丽)


博士生导师,教授,任北京大学第六医院临床研究室主任,记忆障碍诊疗与研究中心执行主任,及痴呆诊治转化医学研究北京市重点实验室副主任。主要研究方向为老年情绪与认知障碍的早期诊断与干预技术。先后承担痴呆相关的国家科技创新2030 –– “脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目课题、科技部慢病重点研发项目、首都临床特色诊疗技术研究及转化应用重点项目等50余项。作为第一作者或通讯作者发表中英文学术论文百余篇。目前担任International Psychogeriatrics副主编、中国老年学和老年医学学会精神卫生分会主任委员、中国老年医学学会精神医学与心理健康分会副会长、中国老年保健协会阿尔茨海默病分会常务副主任委员、国际阿尔茨海默病协会常务理事等职务。

TangLab香八拉徒步春游

4月12日,春风和煦,阳光明媚,山间的薄霾并未阻挡春游的脚步,Tanglab成员沿香八拉徒步路线,开展了一次强健体魄,增进情谊的团建活动。
初行两三里,便逢懒汉坡。像是并不认同这自嘲般的“对号入座”,用绝佳的角度将这一刻定格在“懒又皮”

山上仍有些料峭,春色虽未遍及山野,大家爬山却依旧兴致热烈。山间邂逅一只大橘,慵懒惬意,为旅途增添几分山林野趣。

下山已是午后,大家在国家植物园内游览,花开的热烈,园子里一片生机盎然的景象,弥补了香山未见春色的遗憾。

Hi, I am Xue-Ni Hou, received my MSc from China Agriculture University in 2016, then joined the group of Prof. Hidehito Tochio and received my Ph.D. from Kyoto University (Japan) in Sept 2021. Happy to join Tang Lab from Dec 2021. I am now continuing my research on the conformational states of biomacromolecules.
