研究兴趣:
“生命在于运动”,蛋白质通过结构的动态变化执行特定功能。实验室致力于从动态学的角度理解蛋白质的功能、生命的规律。通过开发与应用多种交叉互补的生物物理技术,包括单分子荧光(smFRET,FLIM-FRET)、核磁共振(NMR)、晶体学(X-ray)、冷冻电镜(Cryo-EM)、小角X光散射(SAXS)、化学交联质谱(CXMS)等技术,采用整合结构生物学策略在体外和细胞水平研究蛋白质的动态结构、动态互作、及其执行功能时结构动态变化的生物物理过程。
实验室围绕神经退行性疾病、营养物质代谢等,开展以下3方面研究:
1)蛋白质功能的结构基础(晶体学和冷冻电镜方向);
2)蛋白质动态学研究方法的开发与应用(核磁共振,单分子荧光,小角散射,化学交联质谱,分子动力学模拟等技术);
3)蛋白质功能激活与调控的动态学和动力学过程(基于结构基础的生物物理研究)。
以第一和通讯作者(含共)在Nature Communications(2019,2022,2023a,2023b),Cell Discovery(2019),PNAS(2017)等高水平期刊发表多篇研究论文。
主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目、面上项目,参与科技部重点研发等项目。
